NOTICE ISHEREBYGIVEN
that, subject to the approval by the shareholders of the Final Dividend and Special Dividend
at the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2016, the Share Transfer Books and Register of
Members of the Company will be closed on 10 May 2016 for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory
Services Pte. Ltd., at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2016
will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed final one-tier tax exempt dividend of 0.27
Singapore cents per ordinary share and the proposed special one-tier tax exempt dividend of 0.45 Singapore cents
per ordinary share. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with
shares at 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2016 will be entitled to the proposed Final Dividend and Special Dividend.
Payment of the Final Dividend and Special Dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid on 18 May 2016.
