Change Of Secretary

The Board of Directors of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that the appointment of Ms Linda Law as Secretary of the Company with effect from 14 January 2003, in place of Ms Pathima Muneera Azmi who has resigned as Secretary with effect from 1 January 2003.
Ms Yeo Poh Noi Caroline remains as Secretary of the Company.
