The Board of Directors of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd ("the Company") wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 21 October 2002, the Ordinary Resolution relating to the appointment of Ernst & Young as the Company's Auditors in place of Arthur Andersen has duly been passed.
