The Board of Directors of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mesdames Yeo Poh Noi Caroline and Pathima Muneera Azmi have been appointed Joint Secretaries on 1 August 2002 in place of Ms Tang Cheng Lin who has resigned as Secretary of the Company.
