Responsible for the overall management of the Institute for Management Education and Development's operations and for the professional direction of its programs and projects. The institute has 80 full-time faculty members and operates a Graduate School of Management with 250 master's degree students, an executives development program with 11,000 participants and a distance learning program with 6,000 participants annually. It also operates a full-fledged management consultancy division and the largest management publisher in Indonesia producing twenty titles annually and a bimonthly management journal.
