Sale Of Tanker (Sinar Bunyu) And Oil Barge Unit (Cumawis 110)

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's subsidiaries have sold a 3,426-dwt chemical tanker, Sinar Bunyu, and a 350-dwt oil barge unit, Cumawis 110 (collectively the "Disposals").The Disposals are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group and the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2013.
The Disposals are in line with the Group's strategy to maintain a balanced business portfolio.
None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions.
