Samudera Takes Delivery Of Container Vessel, Nordertor

The Board of Directors (the "Board") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, PT. Samudera Shipping Services has taken delivery of Nordertor (to be renamed as Sinar Jombang), a container vessel built in 1998, with a carrying capacity of 511 Teus in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta today. The objective of the acquisition is to strengthen the Group's presence in the Domestic Container Shipping business in Indonesia which is growing in line with the Indonesia economy.
Together with this acquisition, the Group has added a total of three (3) container vessels this year for its Domestic Container Shipping business.
