The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 30 May 2008, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the EGM dated 14 May 2008 were duly passed.
