The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 27 April 2005, all the resolutions as set out in the Notices of AGM and EGM dated 12 April 2005 were duly passed.
