The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Lynn Wan Tiew Leng as the Company Secretary, in place of Ms Yeo Poh Noi Caroline, with effect from 1 December 2013.The Board wishes to take this opportunity to record their appreciation to Ms Yeo for her past services.
