The Company wishes to announce that the following information in the announcement relating to the Disclosure of Interest/Changes in Interest of the Executive Director and CEO announced on 14 May 2025 in relation to the acquisition of shares on 14 May 2025 (SGXNet announcement reference: SG250514OTHRC4ZI) ("14 May_DOI Announcement_2") has been rectified: (a) Item 8 (Table 1) page 4: The Executive Director and CEO's direct interest (and total interest) immediately before the transaction should be revised to 3,550,000 ordinary shares instead of 3,560,800 ordinary shares, which represents 0.66% instead of 0.662% of the total number of ordinary voting shares. (b) Item 8 (Table 1) page 4: The Executive Director and CEO's direct interest (and total interest) immediately after the transaction should be revised to 3,593,200 ordinary shares instead of 3,604,000 ordinary shares, which represents 0.668% instead of 0.67% of the total number of ordinary voting shares. The number of shares acquired and all other information set out in the 14 May_DOI Announcement_2 remains unchanged.
