Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below - Refer to the Online help for the format)	The Company refers to the announcement in relation to the Disclosure of Interest/Changes in Interest of the Executive Director and CEO announced on 14 May 2025 relating to the acquisition of shares on 9 May 2025 (SGXNet announcement reference:SG250514OTHRJYWJ) (the "14 May_DOI Announcement_1"). The Company has rectified the following in the 14 May_DOI Announcement_1: (a) Item 5 on page 3: Number of shares acquired should read as 31,600 ordinary shares instead of 42,400 ordinary shares as disclosed in the 14 May_DOI Announcement_1. (b) Item 6 on page 3: Amount of consideration should be revised to S$25,122.00 (S$0.7950 per share) instead of S$33,708.00 (S$0.7950 per share) as disclosed in the 14 May_DOI Announcement_1. (c) Item 8 (Table 1) page 4: The Executive Director and CEO's direct interest (and total interest) immediately after the transaction should be revised to 3,550,000 ordinary shares instead of 3,560,800 ordinary shares which represents 0.66% instead of 0.662% of the total number of ordinary voting shares. In line with the above revisions, Item 8 (Table 1) in the subsequent Form 1 announcements that were released on 14 May 2025, 23 May 2025 and 29 May 2025 (SGXNet announcement reference: SG250514OTHRC4ZI, SG250523OTHR6B2Q and SG250529OTHRZQPV, respectively) will be revised accordingly and the respective revised Form 1 will be announced/released separately via SGXNet. All other information set out in the 14 May_DOI Announcement_1 remains unchanged.
