($0.26):

If the stock can penetrate the channel resistance, it will signal a major price breakout. The stock should then attempt overhead resistance levels identified at $0.35 and $0.38. The rally could eventually extend to levels of $0.43 or higher.

BUY recommended.

Cut loss should be placed at $0.25.

I believe there's a decimal point error in the dividend figures. They should be 0.5 cents, 0.6 cents, and 0.62 cents per share. Remember these shares have a par value of only 10 cents. So in percentage terms the dividends are 5, 6, and 6.2%.

Dear forumers, please note that in our answers to the online Q&A yesterday there was a typo error in our answer on the dividend payout. The correct version is reposted below.

Hi Dimpy, you asked:
What is your dividend policy? What has been your dividend record since IPO?

Our answer:
We try to adopt common policy practiced by most public companies in Singapore. Our dividend payout policy is not too aggressive since we will have several projects that need own fund/equity participations. However, besides trying enhance investor awareness and interest, we will look at the possibility to improve our dividend payout ratio in future.

In 1997 and 1998, we paid dividend of 0.5 cents per share, and increased it by 20% to be 0.6 cents in 1999, and increased again to be 0.62 cents, and we have been and will be consistent with our profit growth.

Thank you. Pak Randy
