Pursant to Clause 902(1) of the Listing Manual, the Board of Directors of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the "Company") wish to announce that Mr Chan Tuck Hoe has left the Company as a General Manager for freight forwarding in its subsidiary, ANB Logistics Pte Ltd, on 1 April 2002.
