The Board of Directors of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd ("the Company") would like to announce that Mr Anwarsyah resigned as a member of Audit Committee of the Company with effect from 22 March 2002.
Following the above resignation, Mr Anugerah Pekerti has been appointed as an Audit Committee member of the Company with effect from 22 March 2002.
