| Description | The Board of Directors of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd. (the Company ) wishes to refer to the announcement made by the Company on 5 August 2019 relating to the disposals of Sinar Kutai and Sinar Kapuas ( August Announcement ). The Company wishes to announce that the disposals of Sinar Kapuas and Sinar Kutai have been completed. Sinar Kapuas was sold to Ningbo Zrich Shipping Pte Ltd and Sinar Kutai was sold to Acorn Shipping Co., Ltd. The total gain on disposal of Sinar Kapuas and Sinar Kutai is US$245,561.
