Sale Of A Chemical Tanker, Sinar Anyer

Further to the Company's announcement made on 28 February 2014 (Announcement no. 00380), the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that the disposal of Sinar Anyer, a 2,781-dwt chemical tanker, was completed on 12 March 2014.

The disposal is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings of the Group and the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2014.

The disposal is in line with the Group's strategy to maintain a balanced business portfolio.

None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
